As part of the IFTE2021 Forum, the First International Conference for Young Researchers in the Field of Education will be held on May 25, 2021.
The IFTE Forum is one of the world's largest specialized scientific platforms for teacher education. Its main goal is to create mechanisms for interaction between Russian and foreign researchers to exchange best practices in the field of teacher training.

A collection of materials will be published at the end of the Forum. The best research will be published in the scientific journal of Kazan Federal University "Education and Self-Development", as well as in the journals of Russian and foreign partners.

The organizers of the VII International Forum on Teacher Education IFTE-2021 have published the full program of the forum, which will be held at Kazan Federal University from May 26 to 28.
Within the framework of IFTE, three major international scientific and practical conferences will be held: "Teachers for children with special educational needs", "Trajectories of education in the era of extreme events", "Teacher-educator training in the XXI century".
For the first time, an International conference for young Researchers in the field of Education will be held. 614 undergraduate, specialist, and master's degree students and postgraduates conducting research in the field of education have registered for it (268 of them are representatives of Kazan University).
Among the innovations of the forum is the holding of special meetings of scientific groups of Russian universities (Special Sessions). The organizers note the importance of the exchange of opinions of experts in the field of education. Leading international experts in the field of teacher education from foreign partner universities of KFU will act as moderators and debaters of scientific sessions.
Round tables with experts from the Russian Academy of Education will also be held within the framework of IFTE. In total, it is planned to hold four meetings in the format of a round table, moderated and delivered by the members of the RAO Scientific Council.
It is planned to hold a special session dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Russian Society of Janusz Korczak . Participation in it was confirmed by representatives of the Korczak Center from ten countries.
IFTE is a forum that provides an opportunity for scientists in the field of teacher education to talk about their problems and plans, exchange views and develop a new understanding of solving problems in pedagogy.
The forum is becoming more and more popular: if in 2015 it was attended by 165 scientists, then in 2020, despite the online format, about 900 scientists became participants of the forum. This year, the organizers received 1516 applications. These are not only scientists from Russia, but also from the USA, Great Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Spain, Israel, Australia, etc.
IFTE will be held in a mixed format – in person at KFU, online on the Microsoft Teams platform.
The speakers will be representatives of the universities of Oxford, Harvard, Glasgow and other prestigious universities that are among the top 100 universities in the world according to the QS rating.
